Application Process to Bali Dialysis Center
At Bali Dialysis Center, we provide a world-class, comfortable, and reliable treatment environment for all our patients who have been diagnosed with kidney failure and require hemodialysis treatment. We have made our application processes as fast and easy as possible for patients registering at our clinic for the first time, transfer patients wishing to move from another center, or guest patients visiting Ankara for vacation or business looking to receive temporary treatment.
During the application process, our primary priority is to analyze the medical history of our patients in the finest detail and determine the most appropriate dialysis program and solution profile for them. With our modern equipment park and experienced healthcare personnel, we carry out your paperwork with our patient admission team to ensure your treatment process begins without any hitches.
Required Documents for New Registrations / First-Time Dialysis Patients
For patients newly diagnosed with chronic kidney failure and given a hemodialysis indication by a Nephrologist, having the following documents ready during their application to our clinic will ensure the swift completion of processes:
- Turkish ID Card / Passport: The patient's valid photo identification document.
- Health Board Report: A valid dialysis health board report obtained from relevant public or university hospitals stating that the patient needs hemodialysis treatment (e-report or original signature).
- Nephrologist Report: Documents summarizing the patient's medical condition.
- Current Blood and Laboratory Tests: Blood test results from the last month, specifically including viral marker tests such as HbsAg, Anti-HCV, and Anti-HIV.
- Epicrisis File: A detailed list of the patient's existing co-morbidities (diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, etc.) and prescribed medications they use.
When these documents reach our center, they are examined in detail by our responsible specialist physician, and a personalized dialysis prescription (session duration, dialyzer type, ultrafiltration profile, etc.) is planned, initiating the treatment process safely.
Required Documents for Transfer Patients from Another Center
Patients who wish to transfer to Bali Dialysis Center while currently continuing their treatment at a different dialysis center due to change of residence, expectation of service quality, or personal reasons can be transferred with great ease. The following documents are requested during the application phase:
- A detailed transfer epicrisis or discharge summary obtained from the previous center.
- The dialysis health board report.
- Monthly laboratory test results for the recent period (usually the last 1-3 months) (Viral markers are mandatory).
- A copy of the patient's last dialysis follow-up forms or a specification of session details in the epicrisis.
Our institution's administrative staff quickly carries out the transfer approval procedures on SGK and merd-sis (Ministry of Health Dialysis Information System) for our patients wishing to transfer, and our patient is admitted to our center without any interruption in treatment.
Guest / Holiday Dialysis Application Conditions
We offer a "Guest Dialysis" service to our patients coming to our city from outside Ankara for various reasons (holiday, business trip, visiting relatives), at a quality that will not make them miss the comfort of their hometown. To ensure your vacation or travel is not disrupted due to your health problems, you need to contact us a specific period before your trip (preferably at least 1-2 weeks in advance).
- Making an Appointment: You need to call our center to notify us of the date range you wish to come and your session days (Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-Sat).
- Sending Medical Documents: It provides great convenience if you send your current laboratory tests including your latest viral tests (Hepatitis B, C, HIV) obtained from the center you continuously receive treatment from, along with your dialysis treatment protocol (Epicrisis), to us in advance via fax, e-mail, or our WhatsApp communication line.
- ID and Report: Your ID card and dialysis report must be with you for clinic registration before the session.
SGK-Insurance and Pricing Scope
Bali Dialysis Center has a comprehensive agreement with the Social Security Institution (SGK). For our patients within the scope of SGK in Turkey, routine hemodialysis treatments, physician examinations during treatment, nursing services, routine monthly laboratory tests, all dialysis consumables used, and dietitian services are completely free of charge (no difference/copay fee is charged).
